Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted. We are committed to transparency and compliance with Google Shopping policies.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused
• Items must be in original packaging

details.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or
incorrect.

 


Return Eligibility

A return may be accepted if:

The item is defective, damaged, or faulty upon delivery

The wrong item was received

The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

Items that have been used, worn, or altered

Items returned without original packaging

Items damaged due to misuse or customer negligence

Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and reason for return

If approved, return instructions will be provided

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
(Note: Shipping is free on all orders)


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refund processing time is 5–10 business days after inspection


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

The item shows signs of use

The item is returned incomplete

Original packaging is missing or damaged


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment only

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process must be followed


Late or Missing Refunds
